Tuition

Background Check

Please follow the link to complete your background check. You must have a backstage pass to go backstage at any point during The Outsiders. http://pctcharlottesweb.blogspot.com/p/backstage.html

Tickets
Tickets for The Outsiders will be $10 each and $12 at the door. Every family is required to sell/buy 12 tickets and will receive 4 comps once your ticket requirement has been met. 

Costumes

We will have our costume meeting soon and after the meeting you will receive a detailed list of costume needs for each character. 

Performance Schedule

We are currently working on the performance schedule. We should have it posted by next week.  

Haircuts
Boys playing greaser: NO haircuts allowed! 

T-Shirts

You can turn in your t-shirt order forms to Lisa Ocoha. T-shirts are $15 each. We would like to collect cash or checks payable to Lisa so that the money can right to our t-shirt vendor. Rehearsal Reminders
Don't forget to sign up for the text group. That is where all rehearsal reminders will be sent. Text @pytoutside to 81010 to receive the text messages.

Rehearsal 

Actors need to bring a pencil to every rehearsal to write down their blocking notes. Most of the time we won’t go back over the pages we cover each week for several weeks. When we go over the pages again they should already know their blocking. It is very important that your actors attend rehearsals, and if they have a conflict please let Lisa know.  Your actor is really going to have to rely on their doubles to catch up when a rehearsal is missed. Also, remember to bring water/snack and to wear comfortable shoes (no open toed shoes, flip flops or crocs).

Week 1- Weekly Update

Thanks to all the parents that stayed for the parent meeting. 

What a great first rehearsal we had this week! Please make sure you read all of the weekly updates. They filled with all the needed information.

Conflicts
Please email Lisa allboymom@gmail.com if your actor is going to miss a rehearsal. Also, please turn in your Performance Conflict forms by Saturday. If you aren't called to rehearsal on Saturday, please email Lisa your conflicts or just a simply "I have no show conflicts" by Monday. 

Ticket Requirements *NEW
There is a new ticket policy at NTPA. Our new ticket requirement for The Outsiders is 12 tickets per family at $10 each ($12 at the door). After selling/buying your 12 tickets you can request 6 comp tickets.

Haircuts
Boys playing greaser: NO haircuts allowed! 

Tuition
Your first half of tuition is due to PCT by Monday. You can pay your deposit online by using promo coded DEPOSIT. Remember to use any set build, leadership, or salesmanship scholarships you many have and don't forget to apply your family membership discount. 


Scripts
Each actor was given a script on Wednesday. Ms. Becca didn't have enough book scripts but has asked to for more to be ordered. If you received a paper script, please have them bound together before our next rehearsal. This can be done by putting them in a 3-ring binder or taking them to an office supply/copy store and having it spiral bound together. Also, they need to have their lines highlighted by their next rehearsal. 

Background Check
Don't forget to get your background check in order to get a backstage pass for shows. https://www.planochildrenstheatre.org/support/backstage-pass-application
